Terms and Agreement Policies at Homer Inn and Spa

 

Payment

We accept Visa & MasterCard, Checks or Cash.

 

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Your balance, plus the 7½% Homer area sales tax, will be due 30 days prior to your arrival date and will be charged to you card.

Your room will be paid in full upon arrival.

 

Check in Check Out

Check-in is available after 4 pm and Checkout is 12 noon.

 

Cancellations

We have a 30-day cancellation policy:

With at least 30 days notice of cancellation, we will refund you in full, less a $50 processing fee per room.

If less than a 30-day notice of cancellation is given, no refunds will be issued…the full value of your reservation will be forfeited.

If you book your room within 30 days of your arrival and choose to cancel, the full value of your reservation will be forfeited.

Although cancellations are rare, we do recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is usually available through your credit card company for a fee.

With 2 rooms booked with us:

We have a 60-day cancellation policy:

With at least 60 days notice of cancellation, we will refund you in full, less a $50 processing fee per room.

If less than a 60-day notice of cancellation is given, no refunds will be issued…the full value of your reservation will be forfeited.

If you book your rooms within 60 days of your arrival and choose to cancel, the full value of your reservation will be forfeited.

With 3 or more rooms booked with us:

We have a 90-day cancellation policy:

With at least 90 days notice of cancellation, we will refund you in full, less a $50 processing fee per room.

If less than a 90-day notice of cancellation is given, no refunds will be issued…the full value of your reservation will be forfeited.

Spa Services

Spa reservations are paid at time services are rendered, unless the spa services are included within an “Inn and Spa Packages”

Spa services require a 48-hour notice of cancellation to avoid fees.
